Paul Phelps, MD, FACS is Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, Director of Oculofacial Plastic and Orbital Surgery at Cook County Health, and Founder and CEO of Chicago Oculofacial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Phelps specializes in laser assisted eyelid and facial cosmetic surgery, evaluating targeted therapies of thyroid eye disease, and investigating new techniques in facial rejuvenation. He has authored over 100 publications and abstracts and is a national and international speaker on cosmetic laser surgery and new innovations in oculofacial plastic surgery.
