Elite Wellness is headed by team Amy Tucker, RN, and Shawna Lambert-Pitt, MD, a board-certified physician in Emergency Medicine. Elite Wellness strives to make life brighter for all their patients in Southeast Texas. Originally established in October 2018 in an 8×10 room doing neurotoxins and dermal fillers, Elite Wellness has grown to serve a diverse and loyal clientele and now offers a vast number of services at their new location. The practitioners here understand that every client has unique needs when it comes to body, skin, face, hair, and wellness concerns. Elite Wellness provides medical weight loss, IV hydration, vitamin injections, and hormone replacement therapy, as well as various aesthetic services.
