Ugo Akamnonu is the owner, medical director and provider behind Ageless. She is an acute care nurse practitioner licensed by the state of New York. Ugo obtained her master’s in nursing practice from St John Fischer College. She holds a double bachelor’s degree in nursing from the College of New Rochelle and health sciences from Stony Brook University. Ugo went into nursing after watching her mom take care of patients for years as a nurse herself. She has proudly been in the health care and wellness field for over 15 years. In her spare time, Ugo enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys. She enjoys being active at the CrossFit gym, YMCA, riding her Peloton bike and running. Proper nutrition, wellness and fitness has always been a priority for Ugo. It is this passion for looking and feeling good that led her to aesthetic medicine and to open up her own aesthetics practice.
