Practice Development Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet territory sales and utilization quotas through effective account management, territory coverage, and customer acquisition.

  • Educate and support clients on the applications, safety, and unique value of Sofwave’s products.

  • Facilitate marketing efforts, assisting clients with strategies for website enhancement, internal branding, and external marketing.

  • Organize and support regional training events and trade shows.

  • Maintain thorough customer records, manage administrative tasks, and keep sales data up-to-date in Salesforce.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and advancements in the field.

  • Uphold Sofwave’s values, displaying integrity, professionalism, and dedication.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, marketing, or business preferred.

  • 2-4 years of experience in aesthetic product sales to physicians, plastic surgeons, or dermatologists is preferred.

  • Familiarity with consumable sales and FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) is a plus.

  • Proven relationship-building skills and strong sales record.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Up to 50% travel required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
